Jocelyn has extensive experience in Australian specialist IP firms as well as in national full service law firms as a Paralegal and IP administrator capacities.

Her roles at Gestalt include providing patent and trade marks support, such as the preparation and filing of applications and official correspondence with IP Australia, IPONZ and WIPO as well as liaising with International Associates in respect of incoming Australian and New Zealand applications and foreign applications.  

Jocelyn is responsible for supervising and maintaining Gestalt's docketing system and to ensure accurate and timely management of patent, trade mark and registered design maintenance and renewals functions.

In addition, Jocelyn also assists with the conduct of searches in relation to trade marks and patents and litigation support.

Jocelyn is a motivated IP specialist and has quickly become a key member of the Gestalt team and has the important responsibility of ensuring that Gestalt's teams of IP professionals are able to efficiently and accurately service the IP needs of Gestalt's clients.
