Caitlin provides patent and trade mark support in the fields of patents, trade marks, designs and other rights.  Her work includes the preparation and filing of applications and official correspondence with IP Australia, IPONZ and WIPO as well as liaising with International Associates in respect of incoming Australian and New Zealand applications and foreign applications.

nCaitlin works with our paralegal teams in maintaining Gestalt's docketing system and to ensure accurate and timely management of patent, trade mark and registered design maintenance and renewals functions.

She also provides litigation and opposition support for Gestalt’s contentious IP practice.

Caitlin originates from Scotland and has a MA with Distinction in Gaelic/Scottish Studies from the University of Glasgow.
